    I show up with an appointment and tell the woman such and she replies “okay so your just dropping it off?” I said, “umm not if I don’t have to, I’d rather wait due to me living 30 min from dealership”. Go in and wait for them to update me. After almost an hour, I peek to see if my car has been moved yet and it’s sitting there ready. I go up to the counter and ask the associates if they were planning on informing me that my car was ready and the older gentleman states it is ready for me to take, but they had to order a part which is on back order. They never confirmed a good number to reach me at once the part was here and then upon me asking how long the repair would be once the part was here so I could plan my day accordingly, they just tried to say they didn’t know rather than asking a service member. I also have a recall on the vehicle which I knew about but I didn’t say anything because GM said this dealership specifically didn’t have the replacement jack. They simply said they removed it and left it at that. I was hoping with the new owners that customer service would have been reviewed but I can clearly see it wasn’t. The only reason I would ever suggest this dealership is because it’s the closest one. If someone can drive a little bit further I would tell them to go to Chickasha or OKC.

    I purchased a vehicle in November from you. I brought it in for an oil change and to balance the tires. Also had you check out a popping noice in the dash. An actuator was bad and was going to be charged almost $1400 to fix. I got charged $50 to verify that problem. It is a used car and things are expected to go wrong. However, i just bought this car from you and hoped that you could work something out. The vehicle is still vibrating at 65 mph. I talked to the salesman Wiley that sold me the car. He told me he would have his boss call me. I never recieved a call. I took my car to Firestone and they fixed it for $305 and did not have to remove my dash. I feel like nobody cared and would have been taken advantage of. Poor customer service, and ridiculous pricing is the reason why I will not be back to get my car serviced and will not buy another car from you.
